1. Overview
AIMixtapes sells digital goods—playlist credits, memberships, and curated mixtape gifts—that are delivered immediately or made available in your account. Because access begins right away and credits can be redeemed instantly, all sales are generally final unless this policy states otherwise or a refund is required by applicable law.
2. Credit Packs (Pay-as-you-go)
- Unused packs: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no credits from the pack have been spent. We will revoke the pack once the refund is issued.
- Partially used packs: Purchases become non-refundable once any credit from the pack is consumed. Remaining credits do not expire and stay on your balance for future playlists or exports.
3. Memberships
- First billing cycle: If you are a new subscriber and use three credits or fewer within the first seven days, contact us to cancel and receive a full refund. The membership will be downgraded immediately.
- Renewals: Recurring charges are final. To avoid the next renewal, cancel in your account or the Stripe customer portal at least one day before your billing anniversary.
- Downgrades: If you switch to a lower tier mid-cycle, benefits remain available until the period ends; we do not prorate unused credits.
4. Gift Purchases
- Before delivery: If a gift checkout is cancelled or the scheduled email has not been sent yet, contact us within 24 hours and we will attempt to void the charge or convert it to credits. Success depends on the Stripe settlement window.
- After delivery or claim: Once a gift share link is sent, scheduled, or claimed by the recipient, the purchase is final because the digital content has been delivered.
- Failed delivery: If we cannot deliver a paid gift due to a technical error on our side, we will resend it or issue a refund/credit at your choice.
5. Billing Issues We Will Resolve
- Accidental duplicate charges for the same order.
- Billing for memberships or credits that were never provisioned.
- Unauthorized transactions caused by a compromised AIMixtapes account (after you notify us and secure the account).
6. How to Request a Refund or Credit
Send an email to support@aimixtapes.com and include:
- Your full name and account email.
- The order ID, Stripe receipt, or the last four digits of the card used.
- The reason for the request and whether the credits or gift have been used or delivered.
We review requests within two business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; processing times depend on your bank or card network. If a refund is not possible we may offer replacement credits instead.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Opening a dispute without contacting support may result in a temporary account hold while we investigate. We resolve billing issues directly much faster than banks or card issuers.
8. EU / UK Right of Withdrawal
If you reside in the European Union or United Kingdom, you ordinarily have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase. Because our products are delivered immediately and you expressly request instant access at checkout, you acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal is waived once delivery begins. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect new offerings or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
